This motor is designed in compliance with the technical standards for dam and floodgate facilities (draft) as well as the technical standards for hydraulic gates and penstocks.
It adopts the 70-type motor, originally developed for hydraulic gate applications, and incorporates a brake, Class B insulation, and a 30-minute rating. With an optional cooling fan, the motor can be used in a continuous duty (constant-rated) operation.
To ensure reliability in harsh environments, the motor features:
– Humidity resistance and insulation-treated winding wire.
– A totally enclosed outdoor-type terminal box for protection.
Additionally, because a single unit is compatible with multiple capacities, the motor allows flexible selection to meet specific requirements efficiently.
