WARRANTY POLICY

I – Warranty Period

  • The warranty period is the time XTech is responsible for receiving and handling warranty claims for products supplied by XTech.

  • The warranty duration is clearly stated on the Warranty Card and Warranty Label attached to the product.

II – Valid Warranty Card & LabeL

  • Warranty Card: Issued by XTech, stamped with the company seal, following the official template, without tears, alterations, or erasures. The product serial number on the card must match the one on the product.

  • Warranty Label: Attached by XTech, must remain intact, not removed, reattached, or tampered with.

III – Nationwide Warranty Service

Customers who purchase from any XTech branch or office can claim warranty service at all official XTech branches nationwide.

Warranty scope: Repair or replacement of defects caused by manufacturing faults.

IV – Warranty Conditions

Products are eligible for free warranty service if:

  1. Within the warranty period (calculated from delivery date, per warranty card or manufacturer’s policy).
  2. Have a valid XTech Warranty Card and Warranty Label.
  3. Replacement policy: If the product qualifies for warranty but cannot be repaired, XTech will replace it with a new product of the same type.

V. Cases Not Covered by Warranty

  • Expired warranty or missing warranty card.

  • Warranty label is torn, broken, reattached, or altered.

  • Warranty card without serial number or purchase date.

  • Product serial number does not match the warranty card.

  • Damage caused by mechanical impact, dropping, collision, scratches, dents, moisture, rust, fire, natural disasters, or electrical surges.

  • Damage caused by rodents or insects.

  • Misuse, incorrect installation, or wrong power supply.

  • Unauthorized disassembly or repair before warranty service.

VI. Post-Warranty Service

For products out of warranty or not meeting warranty conditions, XTech provides:

  • Repair/replacement of components at preferential prices.
  • Support in sending products to the manufacturer for service.
