SHIPPING POLICY

(Applicable to customers of XTECH ENGINEERING CO., LTD.)

I. Purpose

To provide the best shopping experience, XTECH applies a nationwide free shipping policy for customers who meet the required conditions.

II. Scope of Application

  • Eligible Customers: Orders with a value of 500,000 VND or more and product weight under 2kg.

  • Coverage: Nationwide (Vietnam).

  • Effective Date: From January 1, 2020.

III. Policy Details

1. Free Shipping

  • Applied to all eligible orders purchased from XTECH.

  • Customers must complete 100% payment before shipping.

2. Delivery Time (calculated from XTECH office)

  • ≤ 20 km: Within 24 hours

  • ≤ 50 km: 2 – 3 days

  • ≤ 100 km: 3 – 5 days

  • ≤ 200 km: 5 – 7 days

  • > 200 km: 7 – 10 days

The delivery team will contact customers in advance to confirm delivery time and address.

3. Conditions & Notes

  • Applies only to products purchased via xtech-eng.com.

  • XTECH delivers only to the registered recipient. If recipient information changes without clear notice, XTECH reserves the right to decline delivery and request pick-up at the office.

  • For free shipping orders over 100 km, customers must provide ID/Passport and a landline number for confirmation.

  • XTECH reserves the right to refuse delivery to unclear addresses, unsafe or hard-to-reach areas.

  • In case of force majeure (natural disasters, traffic restrictions, etc.), delivery time may be adjusted.
  • If customers request to return goods after delivery to the agreed address, they will bear the shipping cost according to XTECH’s rate table.
  • For bulky or heavy products delivered to upper floors without elevators, customers must assist with handling.
  • Road tolls, local access fees, or parking fees at buildings are borne by the customer.
  • Means of transportation are decided by XTECH.
  • During holidays and festivals, delivery schedules may change due to traffic restrictions; XTECH will notify customers in advance.
