Overview

The H series worm gear actuators are designed for quarter-turn operations, specifically engineered for large-sized butterfly valves. The actuator is equipped with a helical gear attachment (HGA) to reduce input shaft torque.

• Single reduction gearing: for motorized operation.

• Double reduction gearing: for manual operation.

• Can be manually operated (individually or combined with another manual operator), or remotely controlled when integrated with motorized or pneumatic actuators.

• Worm made of alloy steel and worm gear of high-strength bronze, ensuring a robust and durable construction. High-precision gearing minimizes backlash and reduces valve fluttering.

• Each H series actuator includes an adjustable and durable mechanical stop limit device, allowing ±5° adjustment at both travel ends.

• The H series is available in three unit sizes, classified by output torque.
