Outline
This product is a two-line remote control system that connects and controls the field actuator and central unit in a 1:1 configuration.
With more than 30 years of proven history and continuous improvements, it has been adopted in both international and domestic plants, including installations in the harsh conditions of the Middle East.
The system is designed to operate fully by hardware, without CPUs. Using only two lines, the actuator’s open/close operation can be controlled from the control center, and the status feedback can be transmitted back to the center.
Features
– Two-line operation: Actuators are controlled using only two lines.
– Shared line for multiple actuators:
• If multiple actuators are installed, one of the two lines can be shared.
• Required lines = (number of actuators) + 1.
• Example: For 10 actuators, only 11 lines (10 signal lines + 1 common line) are needed → very economical.
– Long-distance operation:
• Up to 5.5 km with 2.0 mm² cable.
• Up to 3.8 km with 1.25 mm² cable.
• (Round-trip resistance of wire: 0–100 Ω).
– Easy onsite wiring:
• Reversible electromagnetic switch, power transformer, and other key components are built into the actuator.
• Only two operating lines + three-phase power supply need to be connected.
– High protection:
• Resistant to malfunction even under excessive induction voltage or lightning surges between lines.
Benefits
– Proven reliability in harsh environments over decades.
– Cost-saving wiring method for multi-actuator systems.
– Simple installation with minimal onsite work.
– Long-distance operability ensures flexibility in plant design.
– Robust design enhances operational safety and stability.
