WARRANTY POLICY<\/strong><\/h1>\n

I – Warranty Period<\/strong><\/p>\n

    The warranty period is the time XTech<\/strong> is responsible for receiving and handling warranty claims for products supplied by XTech.<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    The warranty duration is clearly stated on the Warranty Card<\/strong> and Warranty Label<\/strong> attached to the product.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    II – Valid Warranty Card & LabeL<\/b><\/p>\n

      \n
    • Warranty Card:<\/strong> Issued by XTech<\/strong>, stamped with the company seal, following the official template, without tears, alterations, or erasures. The product serial number on the card must match the one on the product.<\/li>\n
    • \n

      Warranty Label:<\/strong> Attached by XTech<\/strong>, must remain intact, not removed, reattached, or tampered with.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      III – Nationwide Warranty Service<\/strong><\/p>\n

      Customers who purchase from any XTech branch or office can claim warranty service at all official XTech branches nationwide.<\/p>\n

      Warranty scope:<\/strong> Repair or replacement of defects caused by manufacturing faults.<\/p>\n

      IV – Warranty Conditions<\/strong><\/p>\n

      Products are eligible for free warranty service if:<\/p>\n

        \n
      1. Within the warranty period (calculated from delivery date, per warranty card or manufacturer\u2019s policy).<\/li>\n
      2. Have a valid XTech<\/strong> Warranty Card and Warranty Label.<\/li>\n
      3. Replacement policy:<\/strong> If the product qualifies for warranty but cannot be repaired, XTech will replace it with a new product of the same type.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

        V. Cases Not Covered by Warranty<\/strong><\/p>\n

        • \n

          Expired warranty or missing warranty card.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

        • \n

          Warranty label is torn, broken, reattached, or altered.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

        • \n

          Warranty card without serial number or purchase date.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

        • \n

          Product serial number does not match the warranty card.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

        • \n

          Damage caused by mechanical impact, dropping, collision, scratches, dents, moisture, rust, fire, natural disasters, or electrical surges.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

        • \n

          Damage caused by rodents or insects.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

        • \n

          Misuse, incorrect installation, or wrong power supply.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

        • \n

          Unauthorized disassembly or repair before warranty service.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

          VI. Post-Warranty Service<\/strong><\/p>\n

          For products out of warranty or not meeting warranty conditions, XTech<\/strong> provides:<\/p>\n

          • Repair\/replacement of components at preferential prices.<\/li>\n
          • Support in sending products to the manufacturer for service.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
