Scope of Application<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p data-start=\"324\" data-end=\"418\">XTECH ENGINEERING CO., LTD. receives and resolves all disputes and complaints related to:<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"419\" data-end=\"524\">\n<li data-start=\"361\" data-end=\"420\">\n<p data-start=\"363\" data-end=\"420\">Transactions made on the website: <strong data-start=\"397\" data-end=\"418\"><a class=\"decorated-link\" href=\"http:\/\/www.xtech-eng.com\/\" target=\"_new\" rel=\"noopener\" data-start=\"399\" data-end=\"416\">www.xtech-eng.com<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"421\" data-end=\"474\">\n<p data-start=\"423\" data-end=\"474\">Transactions conducted directly at XTECH offices.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong data-start=\"476\" data-end=\"504\">Principle of resolution:<\/strong> Negotiation in the spirit of goodwill, cooperation, and mutual benefit.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"580\" data-end=\"818\">If the parties cannot resolve the issue themselves, either party has the right to submit the case to the competent state authority.
