RETURN & REFUND POLICY<\/strong><\/h1>\n

(Applicable to customers of XTECH ENGINEERING CO., LTD.)<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n

1. Scope of Application<\/strong><\/p>\n

  • Customers in Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City:<\/strong> Products can be returned\/exchanged directly at XTECH offices.<\/li>\n
  • \n

    Working hours:<\/strong> 8:00 AM \u2013 5:00 PM, Monday to Saturday (excluding Sundays and public holidays).<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • Customers in other provinces\/cities:<\/strong> Please contact XTECH in advance to inform the reason for return\/exchange. After confirmation, customers may send products to the nearest XTECH office via courier service.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    2. Eligible Cases for Return\/Exchange<\/strong><\/p>\n

    2.1. Errors from XTECH<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n

      \n
    • Delivered product does not match the order (different model, specifications, or type).<\/li>\n
    • Product is defective or damaged during transportation.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      2.2. Customer\u2019s Request<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n

        \n
      • Customer wishes to exchange for another product, change model, color, or specifications.<\/li>\n
      • This case will only be considered under special conditions (e.g., high-value orders, loyal customers).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

        3. Conditions for Returned\/Exchanged Products<\/strong><\/p>\n

        • Products must be intact, unused, in original packaging, with full invoice, accessories, warranty card\/label, manuals, and gifts (if any).<\/li>\n
        • Must not be dirty, scratched, damaged, deformed, or have unusual odors.<\/li>\n
        • Customers are responsible for shipping costs when returning\/exchanging due to personal reasons.<\/li>\n
        • Note:<\/strong> Products not meeting the above conditions will be returned to the shipping address provided in the order.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

          4. Return & Refund Method<\/strong><\/p>\n

          • Free return\/exchange or refund will be applied if the error is caused by XTECH (Section 2.1).<\/li>\n
